Rush Order Policy

Rush fees range from $15-$25 depending on lead time given. The Rush Order listing must be added to your shopping cart when checking out. 

Rush Order is only available to orders of 1-2 cups maximum. Orders of 3 or more cups cannot be rushed and are subject to the current turnaround time (see shop announcements for a turnaround time.)

Please send me an email at info@blueskycustoms.com or send me a message to make sure that your order can be rushed before purchasing a rush order listing. Sometimes cup styles are out of stock and I need to order them before beginning on your item. 

Rush Fees:

• Need within 3 weeks: $15
• Need within 2 weeks: $20
• Need within 1 week: $25

Upon payment of your order and your rush fee, your order will be given first priority and moved to the top of my current workload.

Please Note: Rush fees DO NOT include expedited shipping fees. Expedited shipping must be requested upon placing your order, and are a separate charge outside of the rush fee. 

Non-glitter cups ship in approximately 5-7 days
Glitter cups ship in approximately 8-12 days

*Due to the volume of orders during the holidays, Christmas rush orders will not accepted after the Christmas order cut off*
