Refunds/Returns on Custom Ordered Items

Because of the nature of these orders, anything custom ordered will not be eligible for refund/cancellation/returns.

Custom orders can not be returned or refunded.

Your approval is requested several times before the final cup is sealed and completed by way of pictures and videos sent to you during the creation process.. All designs, colors, glitters, finishes, etc. will be sent to you for approval, and your written approval will be required before the cup is finished. For this reason, custom orders can not be returned or refunded -- no exceptions.

It is important to know what it means to have a handmade item made for you. This means that slight variations may occur and evidence of being handmade may be evident. There may be small air bubbles, seams from the resin or from the mold used, placement variations and/or other minor imperfections.

Although we strive for perfection here at Blue Sky Customs, sometimes these things are unavoidable. This is not grounds for a refund or return. There is just so much I can do to make these perfect and that is the nature of handmade pieces. We do not accept "forced returns"; the buyer must contact us before returning stating the reasons for returning.

Returns/Refunds for Ready To Ship Items (NOT CUSTOMIZED)

For non-custom orders, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and they must contact us before about the return or else we will not accept it.

If the item is not returned in its original condition and original packaging, no refund will be given and the item will not be sent back unless buyer pays for return shipping.

We only accept return/refunds if the product is faulty. Please send us the picture of the problem and we will try to figure out how to rectify it.
